If you’re not familiar with the channel then here’s the run down. You can create and vote for Miis that match a concept – or just vote. Nintendo challenges the community with a puzzle like “Someone who likes cars” and in the first round people try and design a Mii which matches that. In the second round people vote for who they think have done best and are rewarded if they pick the popular Miis.

Here’s one such contest entry. Does this look like someone who would like cars? Maybe. It also looks like a dick head. I very much doubt Nintendo would be happy with this sort of image coming through their family orientated console.

Tomorrow morning (8pm EST tonight, or 1am GMT) Nintendo’s popular handheld console gets an update which will make it easier for users to upload and view their photographs on Facebook. It is expected that this upgrade will be applied as normal via the systems menu.

It is expected that this will introduce a fairly large number of fiddled / DSi enhanced  / edited pictures to Facebook. So brace yourself and prepare to be tagged looking like you’ve escaped from a hall of mirrors.

Okay; perhaps the title is a little misleading but the ever savvy Libe Goad the editor in chief of Game Daily has the cracking story of Christina Aguilera hurting herself playing Wii Sports.

As it happens the sexy siren was in a heated game of Wii Sports and had her play rudely interrupted by a table lamp. Some say the pop princess clashed with the lamp others say the lamp had been stalking her. The bad news is that the voicey vixen lost the game and bruised her hand. The good news is that this is all perfect timing to help promote Nintendo’s planned blockbuster Wii Sports Resort.

Now; Wii Sports Resort isn’t necessarily a sure-in as some of us remember the stinker that was Wii Beach Party. Beach volleyball has never been so disappointing!
