Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 boob poster
The makers of forthcoming computer game Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 have taken to using a rather interesting advertising technique. The poster, we think, is supposed to illustrate one of the busty ninja ladies hiding against the wall.
Rather amusingly there’s a YouTube upload of people passing by the poster. The provided description seems to be a [...]
AMC’s The Prisoner trailer
AMC have released a nine minute long clip from their forthcoming The Prisoner series. This Get Your Blogs Out blogger is a huge fan of the Patrick McGoohan original (with the exception of the last episode, perhaps) so we’re hoping for the best with the AMC remake.
It looks like we’re keeping “Be seeing you”, Rover [...]
Tron Legacy score by Daft Punk
Looking forward to the Tron sequel Tron Legacy? Pretty much everyone I know is – and I’ve disowned the rest.
Some of the score to Tron Legacy has surfaced on the web and its been show cased from everyone through Latino Review to SciFiWire.com (the website for SyFy – surely they need to migrate to SyFyWire.com?).
Daft [...]
The Picture of Dorian Gray trailer
The trailer for the forthcoming Dorian Gray horror movie has been released and it looks good – ugly but good.
The film is based off the Oscar Wilde classic and features the artist Dorian Gray. Gray is painted by Basil Hallward, who becomes infatuated with him. Gray, in turn, meets Lord Henry who introduces him to [...]
Silver linings and vinyl boobs for Gary Cutlack
We’ve stumbled across UK:Resistance today and its show case of vinyl boobs because of Gary Cutlack’s insider analysis of the goings on at Shiny Media. This isn’t the blog to discuss the ill fated ending of Shiny Media (although this one or this one might be) but we do like [...]
Anime Iron Man trailer
Marvel has signed a deal to work with Madhouse to provide anime versions of various superheroes. Given the movie buzz around Iron Man and Iron Man anime makes perfect sense.
What do you think? Is this intended for Japanese audiences or is has this been designed to look anime but be targeted at American audiences?
Anime Wolverine trailer
Back in August 2008 Marvel entered into a partnership with Madhouse to produce a series of anime-style adaptations of some of their heroes. We’d already seen Gonzo provide an example of what was possible with Witchblade.
It’s expected that the anime Wolverine will begin to air in 2010 and run on Animax.
SyFy’s SGU trailer
Stargate Universe is the next in the successful Stargate franchise. SGU stars Scottish actor Robert Carlyle alongside Justin Louis, David lue and Jamil Walker Smith.
SGU is designed to be significantly different from StarGate One and Stargate Atlantis in both flavour and feel.
endymi0n at ScifiCool.com says;
There is a very cinematic feel to it. The special effects [...]
One man plays all four Rock Band instruments at the same time
A shout out to Keane Ng from the Escapist Magazine for alerting us to this vid. Simply put; one guy plays all four of the Rock Band instruments at once.
Mental Floss’ Chris Higgins commentary on an earlier video hits all the main points.
In the YouTube video below, he (DarthGollumKong) demonstrates a feat that I would [...]
EA Lust – too sexy for Comic Con?
EA’s Comic Con promotion is a bold one that’s backfiring. The pitch is this: photograph yourself in an act of lust with one of their booth babes and you’ll win dinner with her. In fact, EA’s poster says “Dinner, booty and more”.
I’m all for sexing up Comic Con (even though I’m [...]
